New Client Preliminary Project Review
For first-time residential or commercial enquiries — preliminary engineering review and coordination pathway before formal engagement. Mention code in your WhatsApp or email enquiry.
NexGen Engineering brings together senior engineering judgement, BIM-led documentation and practical construction-stage support. We deliver structural design, civil drainage, digital coordination, site inspection and reporting across residential, commercial, childcare, education, warehouse and service-facility projects.
Architectural drawings, site photos, soil report, survey, council comments, builder questions or previous engineering documents. NexGen will review the scope and confirm the appropriate pathway.
Many projects suffer delays and rework due to inconsistent documentation and poor coordination. NexGen reduces this risk through coordinated engineering judgement, buildable detailing, and digital workflow clarity — helping projects move forward with confidence.
Structural design, site inspection, cracking & movement review, extensions and alterations.
Buildable details, RFI responses, site inspections, rectification support and construction coordination.
Coordinated structural & civil documentation, Revit model coordination and BIM-led project support.
Revit templates, CDE/BEP setup, BIM coordination, clash-aware workflows and overflow documentation support.
Flexible engagement pathways for homeowners, builders, architects, developers and consultants seeking responsive engineering, BIM coordination and staged project support.
For first-time residential or commercial enquiries — preliminary engineering review and coordination pathway before formal engagement. Mention code in your WhatsApp or email enquiry.
Priority coordination pathway for builders, architects and developers seeking ongoing engineering, documentation and BIM collaboration across multiple projects.
Flexible staged structural, drainage and BIM delivery aligned with project scope, approvals and construction sequencing — pay as the project develops, with clear milestones.
Advanced BIM and digital coordination support — CDE planning, BEP authoring, LOD 300–400 Revit documentation, Navisworks clash detection and ISO 19650-aligned delivery.
Priority scheduling for time-critical projects — accelerated engineering review, documentation turnaround and construction-stage coordination for urgent deadlines.
Every project gets the same engineering standard. Choose the documentation depth and digital delivery scope that fits your budget and project requirements. Standard quotations provided per level — clear, consistent, no surprises.
Cost-conscious 2D documentation for simple residential and budget-sensitive projects.
Full structural and/or civil package for typical permit and construction issue requirements.
Revit-based LOD 300 documentation with model coordination and clash-aware workflows.
Advanced BIM delivery with BEP, CDE, Navisworks/Revizto and ISO 19650-aligned handover.
NexGen provides quotation-based service levels so clients can choose the delivery pathway that matches their project scope, budget, coordination risk and documentation expectations. All levels receive professional engineering judgement and appropriate design rigour.
The difference is the level of documentation detail, BIM modelling, coordination time, digital delivery scope and construction-stage support included in the engagement. This gives clients clearer expectations before the project begins.
NexGen is not just another consultancy processing drawings. We deliver coordinated, buildable engineering backed by real construction experience — the kind of documentation that builders can actually use without calling back with RFIs.
Every drawing set is checked for internal consistency — structural, civil and architectural interfaces are coordinated before issue, not after site queries.
Details are buildable, not theoretical. We draw what can be built — with clear dimensions, practical connections and notes that make sense to the site team.
Revit-based documentation with clash detection, model coordination and ISO 19650-aligned workflows. Digital delivery that reduces errors before they reach site.
One engineer handling both structural and civil drainage means fewer coordination gaps, faster turnaround and a single point of responsibility for the full engineering scope.
We don't just design — we inspect. Stage-based site inspections with clear reports, photographic records and rectification guidance when things don't match the drawings.
No graduate-only handoffs. Every project is reviewed and signed by a senior engineer with 18+ years of combined international and Australian practice experience.
