NexGen Engineering is led by Hamed Jafaripour, a senior structural and civil engineer with more than 18 years of combined international and Australian engineering practice, including over 9 years of local Australian project delivery experience.
Hamed has delivered and coordinated structural, civil drainage, BIM documentation and construction-stage support across more than 107 documented projects — spanning residential, commercial, education, childcare, warehouse, industrial, mining-related and infrastructure-linked sectors.
Before establishing NexGen Engineering, Hamed held senior engineering and BIM coordination roles within Australian consulting environments, contributing to projects across Victoria, Western Australia and Queensland. International experience includes multi-storey reinforced concrete structures (up to 13 storeys), deep excavation systems, performance-based design, BIM management and research-driven structural engineering.

2007 – 2015
International Structural Practice
Multi-storey RC residential and commercial structures (6–13 storeys), deep excavation systems, performance-based design, composite framing, retrofit/strengthening and BIM documentation across 60+ projects in Iran. ETABS, SAFE, Revit LOD 300+ delivery.
2015 – 2016
NexGen Engineering Established
Company registered in Australia (ABN 48 615 538 059). Transitioned to Australian engineering standards, codes and project delivery frameworks.
2016 – 2020
Australian Consulting Environments
Senior engineering and BIM coordination roles across multiple Australian consultancies. Delivered residential, commercial, childcare, education, industrial and warehouse projects across Victoria and Queensland.
